Justin Timberlake wasn't very funny last night on SNL. Or rather, SNL is so unfunny that even funny guests can't do shit about it. Seriously, they need a writing staff refresh. I'm assuming Seth Meyers writes all his jokes for Weekend Update and while I usually love that skit, jokes from that segment of the show are always embarrassingly bad and flat. The only good joke from recent memory was when Meyers made fun of the fact that Obama had to show proof he killed Osama bin Laden, and that "he may be the first black person ever to have to prove he killed someone."

Also, Fred Armisen played an Asian character last night during a really horrible skit. So Armisen usually plays Obama and now he plays a Ken Yee. SNL SERIOUSLY needs an Asian cast member, because this is fucking ridiculous. Amy Poehler also played Kim Jong-il once. What the flying fuck? Yeah yeah, I know Nasim Pedrad is on the cast and is Asian-ish if you make enough roundabout justifications, but they so often make her play white characters, because she can pass as white, that it doesn't even matter.

I think I'm going to start talking about TV here again since I'm actually watching American TV for once (lol) and I just can talk about Asian dramas ad nauseum.
